These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScaleLogix Patch Notes website at patch-notes.scalelogix.ai (the "Site"), operated by ScaleMethods ("ScaleMethods", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is a public, informational change log that describes maintenance releases for the ScaleLogix platform. It is provided for general information only. Entries are historical and describe work as of the stated release window; they may not reflect the current state of the platform, and nothing on the Site is a commitment, warranty, or offer.

The Site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, and logos — are owned by ScaleMethods or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for informational purposes. ScaleLogix and ScaleMethods names and marks may not be used without permission.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and ScaleMethods agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
